Unidentified species. An absolutely gorgeous GEM museum quality giant seal tooth which is complete with root and complete caramel coloured enamel crown. The tooth measures 35mm in height. It comes from the Huarra Formation, Miocene of Antofagasta, Chile, South America and dates circa 6-12 million years old. An excellent study/display piece. Physeter sarcophagus Tooth Miocene USA


Physeter sarcophagus. This is a beautiful specimen from an extinct predatory whale. This tooth is 84mm or 3 1/4 inches in length. The root and crown are good despite feeding wear at the tip with super jet black coloured enamel crown. As an added bonus there is a wear facet on the root caused by an opposing tooth.
