Bothriodon velanus. This very rare molar tooth is from a medium sized Anthracothere. It has great detail with nice colouration (GRADE 'A'), being 19mm across the crown. It is Eocene age circa 45 million years old and comes from the Headon Beds of Yarmouth, Isle of Wight, UK. Full providence as found on 18th May 2003. Dinotherium giganteum Elephant Tooth Miocene Germany


Dinotherium giganteum. This lovely early elephant tooth is a super Upper Miocene, Bed MN6 specimen circa 8 million years old from Derching, Augsburg, Germany. Absolutely wonderful bi-colouration and detail with fantastic enammeling on the crown. Lovely natural life wear facets but lacking most of the root hence low price for clearance. FULL PROVIDENCE... It has been in the private collection of a Dutch collector since 1995 and catalogued as number X 0575. It is 50mm or 2 inches in height and 50mm or 2 inches across the crown and considering that it is the only one for sale anywhere in the world, is great value at just £135.  A picture of what the skull of what this animal looked like is seen below. PICTURE OF DINOTHERIUM SKULL


These rare beasts are known from other parts of Europe, Africa and recently even Iran in the Middle East where a skull of one was discovered during an archeological dig. A complete skeleton has never been found. The Sedgwick Museum in Cambridge, England has a Dinotherium skull on display and it was used to identify this specimen. It is thought that its downward curving tusks were used for digging up roots.

Caenotherium sp. The lower jaw has 5 original GEM GRADE molar teeth present. This early member of the Tylopoda found in Oligocene age deposits and is approx 22 million years old. Coryphodon Eocaenus Molar Crown Eocene Spain


Coryphodon eocaenus. An extinct amblypoda. A nice partial specimen showing great detail and very rare for location. The crown shows great detail with jet black coloured enamel. It is Eocene age circa 45 million years old and measures 30mm or 1 1/4 inches across. It comes from Soria, Spain, Europe. I beleive this to be the only one for sale on the internet. Full Providence. Croizetoceros sp.? Tooth In Jaw Pleistocene Spain


Croizetoceros sp.? This lovely complete deer tooth is an early Pleistocene specimen circa 1.5 million years old from Teruel, Spain  It is 35mm in length. The only one I have due to the Spanish embargo on exporting vertebrate fossils and as far as I know, the only one for sale on the entire internet.
