Odontopteryx sp. A psuedo-toothed bird femur bone. These fossil birds had pointed bony projections from their jawline that served as teeth for snaring fish prey. A large adult specimen indeed showing great detail. It is Ypresian, Eocene age circa 50 million years old. The scale is shown in (cm) and inches. It comes from Oued Zem, Morocco, Africa. Pleistocene Bird Bone

Unidentified genera. A beautiful complete 3D bird tibia. The thinner fibula needs re-attachment. It measures 87 mm in length.
